Les autorités anticorruption ukrainiennes ont notified five suspects of belonging to a criminal organization uncovered during the “Carthage” operation. The group allegedly linked law-enforcement officials with organized crime, enabling call centres, drug trafficking, counterfeiting, abductions and torture. On 5 November, the High Anti-Corruption Court placed senior police official Volodymyr Tsenov under custody for two months, with a bail option of 15 million hryvnias.
